I have been working with clients for ten years to design their homes into more beautiful and functional spaces. Sometimes, the project at hand is a simple room refresh or a mood board to help a client move forward in the right direction. Other times, we take on more extensive home remodels with entirely new floor plans and work with contractors to reimagine the look and function of a home. Below are some examples of my past projects. If you’d like to discuss your potential project, feel free to send an email inquiry or for a larger project, book 30 minutes on my calendar (link below) so we can discuss over Zoom your vision and needs.

New Floor Plan Examples:

Late 1800s house. There were lots of building constraints placed by the City. Homeowner desired another bedroom and a way to make the house more functional. We added a ton of built in storage as well as a mud room.

1950s home. Homeowner wanted to keep the structural walls in place while creating a larger garage, a laundry room/mud room, and add a shower to their half primary bathroom.

Before

1960s Home. Small kitchen in the middle of the home. Owners wanted a larger kitchen, an eat-in dining area, and large coffee bar area while working within tricky structural constraints so as to maintain a certain budget.

Tiny Vacation Cabin. We changed the entrance, enlarged the kitchen, added a wall, and created tons of bedroom storage.
